On August 5, 2004, Sydney Falun Gong practitioners held a press conference in front of the Federal Court to publicize the lawsuit filed against Chinese State Councilor Chen Zhili during her visit to Tanzania for extra judicial killing and torturing Falun Gong practitioners in the circle of education in China. Chen was the first Chinese official sued by Falun Gong practitioners and summoned to appear before court.
