Jia Qinglin arrived in Austria on 8/30/04. During his visit, the Austrian Falun Dafa Association, the International Human Rights Association, the human rights organization 'Society For Threatened Peoples', many individuals, and practitioners who were persecuted in Beijing jointly filed a lawsuit against Jia Qinglin in the Vienna Procuratorate for torture.
