Practitioners from the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California and from Eureka staged a dance and music performance and exercise demonstration at the "Arts Alive!" event in Eureka. Their performance won waves of warm applause. More than half of the audience followed along with the exercise movements during the demonstration.
