This festive occasion is eagerly anticipated each year, not just by students from other countries, but by local residents as well. This year was no exception as students from such diverse places as India, Africa, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Haiti, Korea, and China presented a variety of performances, most of which consisted of traditional songs and dances from their home countries.

Published on 5/20/2002 On the evening of May 8, 2002, the "Sound of Brilliance and Promise" concert was held at the Convocation Hall in University of Toronto. All the programs were composed, arranged and performed by Dafa practitioners. Many famous Chinese artists gave performances in the hope that more people could learn about Falun Dafa through their songs and musical performance.

Published on 6/9/2002 On the evening of June 7,2002 the "New Epoch -- Peter Ritzen Concert" was successfully held in the National Concert Hall of Taiwan’s Chongcheng Memorial Building. It was an exceptionally grand occasion. The virtuoso piano performance and consummate skills of renowned Belgian pianist and composer, Mr. Peter Ritzen deeply touched the audience. As the last major performance, the symphonic poem, "Falun Dafa Is Good," full of power and grandeur pushed the concert to a climax. It deeply touched both the performers and the audience, who together praised the magnificence of the universal principle from the bottom of their hearts.

Published on 6/24/2002 To commemorate the joint hosting of the 2002 World Cup (Football) by Japan and Korea, the World Christian League is organizing "The First World Christian Peace Conference" in Tokyo Japan on June 29 2002. On June 22, 2002, a "Pray for World Peace Concert" was held in the music Hall at Hibiya Park in Tokyo as a preliminary event for the conference. Artists from Japan, Korea, China and other countries gave performances, and Falun Dafa practitioners were also invited to perform.

Nearly one thousand people from the Hurstville and the Greater Sydney Chinese community watched and enjoyed the show with the theme of "sincerity, friendliness and understanding."

Published on 5/28/2003 "The Story of Lotus" is a drama performance that combines dance, music and poetry. The lotus was chosen because of its characteristics: it grows out of mud but is able to maintain its purity without becoming contaminated. This is similar to Falun Dafa practitioners’ strong determination to return to their original, true selves. The dance is also intended to expose the facts of the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by Jiang’s regime in China.

On May 5 2003, "The Story of Lotus" opened in Sweden’s third largest city, Malmo. The performance received a warm welcome from the schools in that area.
