On Tuesday, August 5, 2003, San Francisco Falun Gong practitioners participated in the "San Francisco's Evening Outdoor Activity" with residents of several communities living nearby the Chinese Consulate. The aim of the activity was to "Fight against crime together, and build a healthy and safe community."
