On 2/2/04, Falun Gong practitioners held a press conference in front of the French Consulate in New York. They also delivered an open letter to French Consul Richard Duqu¨¦. The letter expressed their concern with the arrest of Falun Gong practitioners by French policemen and exposed the overseas extension of the persecution and framing of Falun Gong by Jiang's regime.
