Over the past few weeks, Jiang and his followers have intensified the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. As a result, the death toll of Falun Gong practitioners due to the persecution has increased to 901. In response to this situation, on February 22, Falun Dafa practitioners in Latvia held a peaceful appeal outside the Chinese Consulate, urging to bring to justice the chief perpetrator Jiang Zemin and his followers Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang.
