June 26,2001 was the United Nations International Day in Support of Victims of Torture. Ottawa practitioners held a photo exhibition in front of the Parliament to expose the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. During the evening,they went to the Chinese Embassy to appeal and demanded that the Chinese government stop persecuting Falun Gong.
