On December 31, the last day of 2003, heavy snow blanketed Munich. Falun Dafa practitioners gathered in front of the Chinese Consulate to mourn the death of Changchun practitioner Mr. Liu Chengjun. Practitioners called on the authorities to punish Jiang Zemin and the murderers who are responsible for the death of Liu Chengjun, and to further expose the brutal persecution that Jiang and his regime have been inflicting upon Falun Gong practitioners.
