Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Song Xu, was arrested and detained at the Jinshui Police Substation in Zhengzhou City, where he was severely tortured for seven days before being sent to the First Detention Center in Zhengzou City, where he endured force-feeding and ruthless torture.
