In the morning of February 25, 2003, Dafa disciples in Gothenburg and surrounding cities came to the Chinese Consulate in Gothenburg to protest against Hong Kong's proposed Article 23, which disregards the democracy and freedom of Hong Kong's people. Because the Chinese Consulate is in the industrial area, many people driving by and saw the event.
