--On October 21 at 3pm, Taiwan Falun Gong practitioners held a press conference in the Legislative Building to expose the illegal detention of Taiwanese Lin Xiaokai by the China Shanghai Public Security Bureau. Practitioners pointed out that the case of Lin Xiaokai is not an isolated incident. The Falun Dafa Association made three statements at the press conference.
