On the afternoon of June 29, 2003, the celebration of Santa Barbara County's Falun Dafa Week was solemnly held in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara's central library. Representatives of US Congresswoman Lois Capps and Santa Maria Mayor Larry Lafagnino attended the ceremony and presented proclamations to Falun Dafa.
