From September 28 to 30, 2002, the third Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference was held in Moscow. Falun Dafa practitioners from Russia, Ukraine, and Baltic Sea area nations attended the conference after eliminating varying degrees of interference.
