On July 23 it is winter in Australia, and it was rainy and windy in Melbourne. At 7 pm, Falun Gong practitioners gathered in front of the Chinese Consulate in Melbourne to participate in the global activity to "light a candle to commemorate the unyielding practitioners who died upholding conscience.
