The NGO (Non-governmental Organizations) Forum on National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs), with the focus of "Building Strategic Partnerships between NGOs and NHRIs," was held in the conference room of the National Human Rights Committee in Seoul on September 12, 2004, the eve of the 7th International Conference for NHRIs, when human right institutions will hold discussions on human right issues, strategies and partnerships.
