On the evening of January 4, 2003, Tongsong Music & Culture Promotion Inc, composed of volunteer Falun Gong practitioners in Sydney, hosted a free variety performance entitled "Music of the Spring" at Marana Auditorium in the Hurstville Center. Nearly one thousand people from the Hurstville and the Greater Sydney Chinese community watched and enjoyed the show with the theme of "sincerity, friendliness and understanding."
