Following shortly behind, a SUV towed a brightly colored wagon upon which eight more practitioners practiced exercises 1, 3, and 4 to music. Published on 11/8/2001 On November 2, 2001, practitioners came to the fifth stop of their SOS! Urgent Rescue Practitioners Persecuted in China: Pennsylvania State University. They held a Falun Dafa Introduction Day to let people know the truth of Falun Gong. In the evening, practitioners joined the biggest parade of the University and brought the truth of Dafa to thousands of residents, students, and professors, including over 1,000 Chinese.

Published on 11/29/2001 On November 25, 2001, we were invited to take part in the 45th Homecoming Celebration of Shengong High School of Taichung County. About 250 practitioners including children in kindergarten and seniors in their 80s and 90s attended the event. After we demonstrated the exercises, the principal praised our performance and presented a silk banner to us. In his speech the principal said he noticed that people of different ages from different walks of life practice Falun Dafa, and that he felt Dafa is very good and hoped everyone could come to learn Dafa.

Principal Chen of Xuejia Middle School attended the Tainan County Teachers’ Winter Falun Gong Class late January this year during the winter break and obtained the Fa. After the classes, he knew that Falun Gong not only helps people to obtain good health but also focus on Xinxing [mind and heart nature] cultivation, which is the best way to improve the moral standard of the society. In order to spread Falun Dafa, he contacted the Physical Health Department of the Education Bureau to have a demonstration of Falun Gong exercises. The county government approved his request.

Many students gathered on campus to participate in various activities, and all kinds of associations also gathered there. This became a good opportunity for us to clarify the truth of Falun Dafa. I applied to the principal to have a Falun Gong exercise demonstration. Our principal has been always supportive of Falun Gong and immediately approved my application, although we were only given 10 minutes for the demonstration. Published on 4/24/2003 On Monday, March 31, 2003 the Carleton University Falun Dafa Club held an all-day event entitled "Falun Gong: The Truth Behind the Propaganda" on the university campus in Canada’s capital city, Ottawa. The purpose of the event was to help students learn the facts about the practice and the persecution to a greater extent than the club had done in the past. This activity was on a larger scale than the club’s previous activities and enabled many more people to learn the truth.

Many visitors showed great interest in Dafa and requested literature and details of practice.

Published on 10/7/2003 A Dafa practitioner has been working at this primary school for several years, and won praise from school authorities for her devotion and responsibility in her work. When the school officials learned that she has benefited both physically and mentally since she began practicing Falun Dafa, they invited her to introduce Falun Dafa to the students.

More than 80 students and teachers excitedly watched the Falun Dafa exercise demonstration and listened attentively to her introduction to Falun Dafa. Young Dafa practitioners’ peacefulness and concentration while performing the exercises deeply attracted young audience.

Falun Dafa Practitioners set up a photo exhibition at the entrance to the Fair, where they performed the five sets of Falun Dafa exercises, and distributed materials so that new students could learn more about the practice and the brutal persecution that is happening in China. During activities over the past few years, practitioners have distributed flyers to the doors of around 300,000 families in Cambridge. This time practitioners targeted the city’s new students because they would like to let everyone in Cambridge know the truth about Dafa.

The all-day fair began with CNN reporter Dr. Sanjay Gupta M.D. giving a keynote address. After this the attendees took in information from several booths exhibiting displays about different aspects of Asian culture, healing, and medical issues. Falun Gong practitioners set up a table with information about the practice and gave out information about the ongoing persecution in China.

It is the largest alcohol-free campus celebration activity in the US, and the weekend parade is the most interesting component of the event. It was sunny on April 17, 2004, and spectators showed up early along the parade route. A variety of processions brought the parade to a peak. The Falun Gong procession was unique, graceful, and warmly welcomed.

Published on 6/8/2004 The Falun Dafa Club at Chang Gung University celebrated Falun Dafa Week from May 31 to June 4, 2004. The activities featured a photo exhibit, poster exhibit, and exercise demonstration and instruction, helping students and teachers who were not familiar with Falun Dafa to gain a deeper understanding of Falun Gong. Many people wanted to learn the exercises after visiting the exhibition.
