Many government officials attended the ceremony, including the mayor of Bakersfield City Mr. Harvey Hall, representative to Congresswoman Nicole Parra, Ms. Ashlie Burroughs, and council member Ms. Alicia Ojeda from Arvin City.

Practtioners Perform Fan Dancing to Celebrate Falun Dafa Week in Cambridge, UK on October 18, 2003

Published on 2/17/2004 On February 15, 2004, practitioners from San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles as well as many officials and local residents gathered at the conference room of the Public Library at the City of Carlsbad. They celebrated the "North District of San Diego County Falun Dafa Week" to commemorate this special day.

Published on 2/14/2005 Sunday January 30, 2005 was the third annual Falun Dafa Day in Lerum. Lerum is a relatively small community outside Gothenburg. The practitioners from Lerum and nearby places celebrated Lerum Falun Dafa Day and demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises. They displayed a big banner to let everyone know that it was Lerum Falun Dafa Day.
