Published on 11/19/2004 On 11/16/04, a criminal lawsuit was filed in Bolivia, against former Chinese President Jiang Zemin and politburo standing member Luo Gan for the crimes of genocide and torture. In the lawsuit, the lawyers have requested that the prosecutor issue international arrest warrants for Jiang Zemin and Luo Gan and bring these prime culprits before the Bolivian courts.
Published on 12/6/2004 On 12/3/04, the Dutch Falun Dafa Association held a press conference regarding the legal action against Jiang Zemin, Bo Xilai and Li Lanqing for crimes of genocide. The practitioner’s attorney, Ms. Liesbeth Zegveld pointed out that national boundaries should not restrict the ability to ascertain responsibility for those who have committed genocide. This matter has affected the entire world, and if all countries take the same actions, the criminals will have nowhere to hide.

Published on 12/20/2004 On 12/16/04, Mrs. Faucherie, an examining magistrate at the Court of Justice in Paris, decided to send an International Letters Rogatory to China. This follows two complaints filed in December 2002 and January 2004 respectively against the former Chinese Vice Premier Li Lanqing and the current Chinese Minister of Culture Sun Jiazheng.
Published on 1/30/2005 On 1/28/05, during Chinese Vice President Zeng Qinghong’s state visit to five South American countries, Ministerio Publico y la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Republica Peru accepted a lawsuit (case #: 1704) filed by the Peruvian Falun Dafa Association against Zeng Qinghong, Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, and Bo Xilai for crimes of genocide and crimes against humanity.

The Tiananmen Square massacre on June 4, 1989, made a big impression on Dr. Marsh and she decided to switch her major to study law. Published on 4/13/2005 During the morning of April 12, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners officially filed a lawsuit with the Osaka Local Court against former Chinese President Jiang Zemin, first vice premier of China’s State Council Li Lanqing, Head of the 610 Office Luo Gan, Deputy Governor of Liaoning Province Xia Deren and the Chinese Embassy in Japan. The lawsuit charged Jiang Zemin, Li Lanqing, Luo Gan and Xia Deren with crimes of genocide, torture and crimes against humanity. The Chinese Embassy was charged with the crime of libel.
Published on 6/18/2005 On 6/13/05, Sweden renowned human rights attorney Peter Bergquist represented the Sweden Falun Dafa Assosiation sued China head Jiang Zemin and 610 officers Li Lanqing, Luo Gan, Liu Jing, and accused that they participated in the murder, torture and kidnap Falun Gong practitioners.
